Just because I'm not sure what you meant, which is the bigger headline:
"Antonin Scalia shoots fellow hunter on a hunting trip"
--or--
"Dick Cheney shoots Antonin Scalia on a hunting trip"
...?

Cheney and Scalia are hunting buddies -- this became an issue when Scalia didn't recuse himself in actions involving Cheney before the Supreme Court.
So the latter one.
