    IMO, his credibility comes from his interviews. He runs one of the best conversations in the media.

    He’s a smart guy, and often very insightful. Just as often, though, he twists a story for maximum comedic effect (as is his right as a comic, of course).

    What bothers me about this is that Jon Stewart thinks nothing of warping the facts for a gag, and then the public declares him “a trusted newscaster.” So who’s fault is that? Stewart’s or the public’s? A little bit of Catch-22…
