Brain Celebri-teasers: Week #2

Welcome back to Brain Celebri-teasers. This is Week #2. Here’s this week’s puzzle:

Clue:For many, these two ladies represent the country’s best…

OK, so in Week #2, we’re moving up to our first Medium difficulty puzzle. Obviously, the difficulty levels are subjective, but I’m trying to define “Medium” as a puzzle in which one of the two people may be fairly obvious, but the other may be harder to figure out. Because it’s harder, two points will be awarded to the commenter with the first correct response…

    Carrie Underwood is the easy part. The other is more of a guess based on predominant hairstyle – Taylor Swift?

    (how would I know that, you might ask? Helps having a teenage daughter…)
